How To Use:
- Delicately remove your eye make-up (using a special eye make-up remover like CEBELIA Cleansing Milk)
- Apply your favourite eye cream to moisturize the skin
- Then, apply CEBELIA LCE Regard in multiple dots under the eyes
- Pad it in using your fingertip, never spreading it out
- Powder the area with a loose or pressed powder to set CEBELIA LCE Regard
